This Advent season, from November 29th through December 24th, we will be gathering on Sundays at 10:30am on Zoom. As we do every Christmas season, we'll share the Advent liturgy and light the candles, worship, listen, pray, and share communion. We're looking forward to this time together!
We'd like to also continue our tradition of daily readings, written by our community, throughout the Advent season. But we can't do this without your contributions! Here's what we're looking for:
In 200-400 words,
-Write a reflection on how you have experienced (or been experiencing) the hope, peace, joy, or love of God in your life.
-Create a poem or tell a story about how the promise of God's presence impacts you.
-Reflect on a scripture passage that speaks to God bringing hope, peace, joy or love.
-You can even share an original work of art.
Whether you are brand new or have been around for many years, we invite you to share. We'll format it and get it ready for one of our daily emails. Send your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you feel really inspired, send two submissions!
