At LifePath we believe that following Jesus means getting your hands dirty. We want to make a difference in the lives of people in our community, and we believe that's what Jesus meant when he taught us to ask God to "let your kingdom come." We want to make our community a little more like God's Kingdom by working to end poverty, injustice, homelessness, racism, and suffering. We do this by engaging in a number of endeavors — some by meal communities, and some by the larger LifePath community.
Church-Wide Mission Efforts
Fill the Packs
Every August we pool our resources and assemble fully-loaded backpacks to distribute to kids whose families don't have the means to buy school supplies.
Swap and Drop
Twice a year we open our space for a free community clothing swap. Dozens of families shop for gently used clothes, and what's leftover goes to the Clothing Bank of Delaware.
ASPIRA Friendship Breakfast
We love our host school — Las Americas ASPIRA Academy — and we provide a special breakfast for the hard working teachers and staff once a year.
Prison Care Compassion Team
Our team supports Crowley County Correctional Facility in Olney Springs, Colorado with prayer, letters, and encouragement.
