In December 2021, the LifePath Vision Team directed the formation of a time-limited Task Force on Racial Justice. The aim of this Task Force is to explore blind spots in the church and to recommend ways LifePath can continue to grow in racial justice, both in how we act and work.
To inform these recommendations, the Task Force would like to hear your thoughts and experiences on the topic of racial inequality and how LifePath can pursue racial equity. We invite all members of our community to contribute, regardless of how long you have been with us or your view on the topic. You can provide input through writing (via survey) or a one-on-one conversation with a Task Force member (Zoom, phone, or in-person). Either method takes approximately 15 minutes, and your responses will be kept confidential.
